The submission of ICSGE2026 will be carefully double-blind peer reviewed by Technical Program Committee and sub-reviewers. All accepted (Registered & Presented) papers of ICSGE2026 will be collected in the conference proceedings and included in Digital Xplore, which will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus, etc for indexing.

Paper Submission Guidelines

Language: All papers must be written in English. Length: Full Papers: Minimum 4 full pages, including figures, tables, and references, when it exceeds 6 pages, extra page fee will incur. Abstract: 200-300 words, only for oral presentation and will not be published.
Format: Submissions must adhere to the conference template. Accepted formats are PDF or Word Document.
Presentation Requirements: At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work during the scheduled session.
Paper Review: Submitted papers will undergo an initial screening for compliance and relevance, followed by a blind peer review process where expert reviewers assess and recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection, then program committee will make final decisions, and authors of accepted papers revise and submit camera-ready versions based on feedback.
